  Boy was it hot in there. Fix the air please. But I do have to say. Who ever they have in the kitchen now deserves 5 stars. The food is better than ever. Attentive servers help make the experience even better

  Walked in. Seated. Then watched another couple get seated after us. Then waited for service for about 10 minutes only to watch the couple that got seated after us receive service from a waiter. I see that this is how we do business at this location in 2019. We just got up and left. No need to speak to any management. They didnt seem to care when we first walked in. We wont be back.

  Ordered Online. When i got my food the chicken sandwich had bacon on it and i had requested no bacon. So i tell the waitress that i had put no bacon and she takes the box back to the cook and tells him that i said no bacon and he looked confused and she responded to his expression with i know he said bacon. So the cook remade my sandwich. The waitress must've realized i was watching the whole time and she sends someone else to bring me my food. Initially it was a heavy set black female wearing glasses that was asked to bring my food but i can only assume she declines. A young white female brings my food and apologizes for the wait and also not having one of my requested items, offering me an equally valued option. This was less than 30min ago. Also just realized my sandwich has nothing but cheese. I am not holding the entire staff accountable but the waitress that assisted me first is the reason my review is 2 stars. I've eaten here before with no issues, not understanding why i had one tonight.

  Hands down BEST IHOP EVER and the food is super good. The service was amazing and the entire staff seems super happy and everyone is pleasant. It is almost like this place should be in a fairly tell. Marceil was so amazing and kind, I wish we lived here locally so we could come back and see her more often. Andrea is the manager and is by far one of the best managers I have ever seen. These two wonderful ladys need a pay raise.

  This was my first time going to Ihop and my last customer service wasn't the greatest. They were short staffed. Only one server tried his best to accommodate everyone coming in the door by place them on a waiting list. While another server picked who he knew and what customers he wanted to seat. While having them skip everyone else. The manager was hiding in the back and not even assisting with the situation. In her defense she was pregnant and looked tired but it wasn't an excuse to provide basic customer service.
